Refund Policy

Scopesavvy.com offers risk-free marketing and e-commerce services. We have defined policies and steps by which you can get a full refund to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

How will we put money back into your account? Our finance department will initiate the procedure after we start and agree on a money back arrangement. It will take at least 6-8 business days for the money to be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account.

Marketing and e-commerce services

The refund policy shall be null and void in the event of any of the following

  • You will not be able to receive a full refund if you purchased one of our packages or special offers.
  • If you have already opted to use our marketing or e-commerce services, you will not be eligible to receive the money.
  • You will not be entitled to a refund if you choose another company while we are still working on your marketing.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund if you accepted more than two marketing and e-commerce services.
  • In the event boostbuy.com terminates the service or package for any reason.
  • Contact us if you have ordered a customized marketing or e-commerce package and have not been able to speak with us in six weeks.
  • Yes, there is any improper conduct or communication by the project manager. The company will not provide a full refund.

Legal rights agreement

  • All service designs and packages created for a single client are the property of Scope Savvy. "Scope Savvy" shall have no ownership interest in the content of the service produced for a client.
  • "Scope Savvy disclaims liability for trademark and logo registrations made on behalf of our clients. The product and trademark that a client commissions Scope Savvy to design or produce are entirely their own.
  • Until the payment issue is resolved, all services provided by Scope Savvy will become an asset of Scope Savvy if a customer's payment is rejected by their bank or merchant.
  • Until the customer has paid in full for the package they have booked, Scope Savvy will retain ownership of the service.
  • (Rare event) Scope Savvy will provide a new set of logo designs to your client for free if your packages or services appear to be equivalent to those of any other company.
  • Scope Savvy will no longer own the client's logo design once the files have been delivered to the client.
  • Scope Savvy will continue to have the right to advertise using the logo on its website.

Website design services

  • Within 24 hours of making a deposit at Scope Savvy.com, customers can request a full refund.
  • Money will only be refunded in full if our team has not started working on the client's project.
  • If a client desires a refund after providing all the information required to initiate a design project, they are entitled to 75% of the total cost.
  • The 100% money back guarantee is no longer valid after the design work is completed and delivered to our customer.
  • The decision to approve or reject a proposal rests with Scopesavvy.com. We request that our customers inform us before executing a transaction. They will not qualify for a 100% payment claim if they make a purchase without contacting us first.
